QUESTION: when user want to start the concentrator auto meter reading by the window of “Startup Data Collector” in AMRS2020, sometime the software return ”ROUTER ABNORMAL”, why?

REPLY: this operation needs 3 conditions, 1st is that there are meter ID in concentrator, 2nd is concentrator possess meter reading time segment, 3rd is that the time in concentrator is correct.  When user meet the problem above, they can check the 3 conditions is ok or not.

QUESTION: when users use the software AMRS2020 to operate in batches the relays of meters, it often return " xxx router errors" and the success rate is low. Why?

REPLY: when user operate a meter it will return the operation result, subsequently it also maybe report a event sometime. In that case, the AMRS2020 can identify the return result only, can’t identify event report. So suggest operate meters in no batches way.
